Entry Advanced Diploma Programmes
( 1 Year ) |
| Admission
to II & III Year through
Lateral Entry : |
1.
Candidates who have successfuly
completed 1st or 2nd year
of degreee / diploma programme
in Fashion Design, Textile
Design and Interior Design
at NIFD are eligible for admission
to 2nd or 3rd year of the
related programme respectively.
2. Admission through laterl
entry into any of the above
mentioned programmes is only
permissible for the academic
session 2005-2006.
3. They shall attend the personal
contact programme only from
the academic year in which
he / she is admitted in the
Directorate of Distance Education,
Annamalai University.
4. A Candidate pursuing the
1st year / 2nd year of the
diploma programmes is eligible
for lateral entry into the
2nd / 3rd year respectively
of the degree programme, subject
to clearance of regular +
additional 20% tution fee
of the higher programme.
5. Students seeking admission
via lateral entry should have
a valid gap between their
10 + 2 and the year of admission
to desired programme i.e.
gap for lateral entry in 2nd
year B.Sc. / Advance diploma
should be one year after successful
completion of 10+2. Similarly
gap for laterl entry in 3rd
year B.Sc. Degree is 2 years
after the successful completion
of 10+2. |
