| Eligibility
for Admission |
| i) |
A
pass in Higher Secondary
Examination or an equivalent
examination with Physics,
Chemistry and Biology
/ Botany and Zoology/Mathematics. |
| ii) |
A pass
in B.Sc. degree with
Physics, Chemistry and
Biology/Mathematics
subjects either at the
Higher Secondary level
or at the graduate level. |

| Should have
completed 17 years as on 31-12- 2011 |
| Method
of Selection |
| Selection of
candidates to the D.Pharm
Programme will be made on
the basis of performance of
the candidates in the qualifying
examination besides the interview.
The marks in the prescribed
subjects in the qualifying
examination reduced to 200
will be added to that of the
marks obtained in the interview
out of 30. The ranking and
selection will be made on
the basis of the aggregate
marks obtained for 230. |
| Attested Copies of the following documents should accompany the application |
| i) |
Mark lists / Grade Ceritificates of the
qualifying examination. |
| ii) |
Provisional / Degree Certificate of the
qualifying examination. |
| iii) |
Passport size photograph should be affixed in the application at the appropriate space. |
| iv) |
Community certificate for Backward Class/ Most Backward Class / Scheduled Cast /Scheduled Tribe Candidates. |
| v) |
Proof of Date of Birth |
| vi) |
Transfer and Conduct/ Migration
Certificate |

Certificate of extra-curricular
activities |

All orginals are to be produced at the time of interview/ admission |
| Application filled for one programme cannot be tansferred to another programme. |
| Original Certificates submitted at the time of admission are not returnable till the end of the Programme. Before the certificates are surrendered for admission, the candidates are advised to have with them attested copies of mark lists or other certificates that may be required for applying scholarships etc. |
| Submission of Application |
| The Completed application forms should be addressed to The Registrar, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar - 608 002 Tamil Nadu by designation and not by designation and not by name and should reach him on or before 10-06-2011. |
