Counselling call letter can be downloaded from www.annamalaiuniversity.ac.in/adm. No individual call letter will be sent. | ||

Individual intimation by way of SMS is also sent to the mobile number given by the candidates in their application. | ||
|
Candidates, can attend the counselling as per the date and time and cut-off mark mentioned in the schedule. | ||
|
Counselling fee Rs.500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/SCA/ST Candidates)(non refundable) has to be paid by the candidates, by Cash or DD (in favour of 'The Registrar, Annamalai University' from any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank payable at Chennai) at the time of Counselling. | ||

Candidate should bring the originals and 2 sets of photocopy of the following Certificates / Documents while attending counselling. 1. 10th Mark sheet 2. HSC / Equivalent Mark sheet 3. Transfer Certificate 4. Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST, SC, SCA, MBC & DNC, BC and BCM 5. Nativity Certificate (if applicable) 6. Income Certificate (if applicable) 7. Recent Passport Size Photographs (3 Numbers) 8. First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (if applicable) |

The Overall Rank and Community Rank are provisional subject to production/confirmation of relevant records including Community Certificate, Higher Secondary Mark Sheet, Nativity Certificate (if applicable) etc. | ||

Downloading counselling call letter or attending counselling does not guarantee Admission to Programmes. Admission depends on rank and availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria. | ||
